A evergreen perennial used as an ornamental grass. Forms vase-shaped clumps with an airy quality and curly leaf tips. The dramatic reddish-bronze foliage glows when backlit. Fall color is more of a russet-wheat. Native to New Zealand. Excellent near ponds and wetlands.
