Wooly Lip Fern

An unusual evergreen fern that prefers more heat and sun, and less water than most other ferns. Fronds are triangular, gray-green, and coated in thick fuzzy white hair. Suited for rock gardens with well-drained soil. Native to the southern United States and Mexico. Spreads by short, creeping rhizomes. Can tolerate full shade.
