Fjellheim Japanese Maple

An upright, deciduous tree, known as the dwarf-form of 'Sango kaku.' Deeply-lobed palmate leaves emerge in a lively-green color, then turn hues of golden-red in the fall. The bright coral-red branches are quite marvelous as they bring color to the winter landscape. Needs slightly acidic soil.
