A large evergreen shrub with reddish brown stems and soft, needle-like leaves that come in matte gray-green with reddish tips. New growth is yellow-green. Fragrant, bright yellow, puffy flower clusters bloom in winter. Shrub matures to take on a sprawling, bushy form.
