O Jishi Japanese Maple

A slow-growing dwarf deciduous tree with a dense, bushy habit that works well in containers. Lobed, crinkled leaves are yellow when emerging, dark green in summer, and rich red in fall. Inconspicuous flowers are followed by pairs of samaras. Needs slightly acidic soil, pH 5.5 - 6.5.
